Optimising what is already on your website. Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, URL structure, and internal linking. Participants review a real webpage and identify improvements.

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM — Content and SEO
Why content matters for ranking. How to write for both users and search engines. Blog structure, topic clusters, and simple content planning for small businesses and SMEs.

3:15 PM to 4:15 PM — Off-Page SEO and Local SEO
What backlinks are and why they matter. How to build credibility without paying for links. Google Business Profile setup and optimisation for local visibility. Critical for any Malaysian business with a physical presence or local audience.

4:15 PM to 5:00 PM — Measuring SEO Performance and Next Steps
Introduction to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. What numbers to track, what they mean, and how to know if your SEO efforts are working. Wrap-up and Q&A.
