Meet the Team

Mac Jake
Principal UX Strategist & Programme Director
Mac is an experienced UX strategist with an MBA and multiple professional certifications, including Google Project Management, Certified AI Practitioner (CAIP), Certified Data Science Practitioner (CDSP), and ScrumMaster® (CSM®). He also has a background in fine art, bringing strong visual thinking and creativity into his design approach.
He has worked across technology, fintech, banking, transport, and government projects, leading data-driven initiatives and building digital teams. His expertise bridges user experience, data, and organisational needs.
Mac is also a certified Train-the-Trainer under Malaysia’s National Occupational Skills Standard, enabling him to deliver structured professional training programmes.
Known for his practical and easy-to-follow style, Mac focuses on skills that participants can apply immediately in real work situations.

Teng Lim
UX Practitioner & Technical Trainer
Teng has a background in cinematography, art direction, and photography, bringing strong visual storytelling and creative direction into her work. Trained in film and visual production, she combines technical skills with artistic perspective to craft meaningful experiences. She has worked across digital products, branding, and creative projects for businesses, and is highly familiar with both the digital space and corporate environments. In her sessions, she focuses on translating ideas into practical outcomes, guiding participants from concept to sketches, prototypes, and real feedback, with close attention to what users ultimately see and experience.
